This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete investigation and file Final Report in Crime No.403 of 2016 pending on his file within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.403 of 2016 is pending on the file of the respondent police. Now, almost four years have been lapsed.
