These Criminal Original petitions have been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to set aside the order passed in CMP Nos.3872 and 3873 of 2013 in STC No.2613 of 2013 dated 27.06.2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Gobichettipalayam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the case in STC No.2613 of 2013, trial has been completed and hence, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication.
