This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 301 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Though notice was served on the first respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

3. Since the second respondent remained absent before the Tribunal and was set exparte, issuance of notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4. Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the third respondent and did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
