A.No.355 of 2023 in C.S.No.500 of 2014 A.No.355 of 2023 in C.S.No.500 of 2014 N.SESHASAYEE. J., Learned counsel for the plaintiff made a statement that in drafting the decree an error has occurred. In clause 4 at page No.2 of the certified copy of the decree (at page No.3 in the original) the amount has to be paid by the plaintiff to the defendant, whereas in the decree it was stated otherwise. He submitted that this is explained in paragraph No.27 of the judgment. 2.Accordingly, this Court directs that the 3rd word and 9th word in the first line of clause 4 of the decree to be corrected as below; ●For the expression 'defendants' the word 'plaintiff' to be used. ●Similarly, the 9th word 'plaintiff' in the same line to be corrected as 'defendants'.

3.The Registry is now directed to issue a corrected copy of the decree to the plaintiff free of charge.
