ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2016 and investigate the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the third respondent on 07.02.2016, but the third respondent had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.
