ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of Crime No.421 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent to CBI, Vellore District or to any other investigating agency. 2.Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation completed in Crime No.421 of 2015 and closed as 'action droped' on 29.11.2019. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent also served referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner. In fact, this Court already directed the 3rd respondent to serve referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to serve referred charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice forthwith in Crime No.421 of 2015 to the petitioner/defacto complainant. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned by way of protest petition if so advised. On receipt of the protest petition the concerned learned Magistrate is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry since the petitioner is alleging against the police official.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is Disposed of.
