This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Cr.No.1210 of 2015, pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the respondent police have already filed a charge sheet in PRC No.7 of 2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
