ORDER

V.Parimala, the defacto complainant in Crime No.553 of 2015 seeks a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the Final Report without further delay.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. In this case, as early as on 03.05.2015, on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.553 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 r/w. Section 4 of Tamilnadu Women Harassment Act has been registered. It is not a complicated case. However, till date investigation is has not been completed.

4. In the facts and circumstances, the respondent, namely, Inspector of Police, Mangadu Police Station, Mangadu, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.553 of 2015 and file a final report before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Sriperumpudhur, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudhur, who is the jurisdictional Magistrate is also directed to ensure the filing of final report within the time prescribed by this Court .

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
