It is seen from the report dated 21.08.2025 of the Superintendent of Prisons, Central Prison, Coimbatore that the detenue Sathish Kumar, S/o.Palanisamy has been convicted under Sections 120(b) r/w 392 IPC and has been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years, pursuant to which, he is not eligible to avail Ordinary Leave as per Rule 21 (b) of the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules.

2. When this Court was about to dismiss the Writ Petition on the basis of the aforesaid report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2/4

2. Permission is granted. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
