A.Nos.4512, 5108 & 5109 of 2023, 3404 of 2022 and 2414 of 2020 in E.P.S.R.No.153027 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, The Judgment Debtor has today handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- which has been received by the the Decree Holder. Both the parties have agreed to sit down and work out the schedule of repayment.

2. Post the matter on 09.10.2023 for schedule of repayment.

3. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder undertakes not to press civil arrest of the Judgment Debtor till 09.10.2023.
