O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for a direction directing the first respondent to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17307 of 2008 dated 21.06.2013, stating that the petitioner's husband was doing fishing work and on 29.05.2008 he has gone for fishing, but he has not returned back; however on 30.05.2008 at about 5.00 a.m his body has been traced out. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.558 of 2008 under Section 174 Cr.P.C has been registered; subsequently this petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.No.17307 of 2008 sought for investigation of the death of her husband Manoharan as the death is suspicious in nature and for ordering RDO enquiry. 2.

This Court vide order dated 21.06.2013 directed the 2nd respondent to send all the files to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, ie., 1st respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and on receipt of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

files, the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Kanchipuram was directed to investigate the matter expeditiously.

In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the matter was transferred to CBCID, Kanchipuram and status report has been filed stating that death is due to ''cardio respiratory arrest due to possibility of drowning'' and further action has been dropped.

Since the order dated 21.06.2013 made in Crl.O.P.No.17307 of 2008 has been complied with, nothing survives in this petition. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
