O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police 1 and 2 to provide police protection with gun man to the petitioner and her family members. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that further action dropped on 16.06.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 245 of 2017 and the same has been closed as mistake of fact and filed closure report before the concerned Revenue Authority. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition may not be considered. However, the second respondent is directed to file final report before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate after serving referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file the protest petition before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition closed.
