ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to fence the petitioner's agricultural land comprised in Survey No.146/2 to an extent of about 2 acres located at Ganagavalli Village and Taluk, Salem District.
2.
The petitioner owned an agricultural land comprised in Survey No.146/2 to an extent of about 2 acres situated at Ganagavalli Village and Taluk, Salem District. When the petitioner intended to fence his property, the third and fourth respondents raised objection in respect of the boundary and also prevented the revenue officials from measuring the land. Hence the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.
It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4 and as such the direction sought for in this writ petition, seeking police protect to fence the land, cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.
4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
