O R D E R

The respondents herein filed a maintenance case against the petitioner under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code before the Family Court, Salem. Challenging the filing of such proceedings, the present petition is filed.

2. Mr.B.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the quash petition, since there is no stay, the Family Court, Salem has finally disposed of the maintenance case and awarded maintenance to the respondents 2 and 3 herein.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the quash petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
