This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.18760 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 05.08.2024. At that time, this Court has imposed condition [b] in para no.6 which reads as follows:

"6.[b]the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the credit of Cr.No.74 of 2024 before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order;"

4. Considering the representations made by either side and considering the fact that the said condition imposed in Para.6(b) was mistakenly typed, this Court is now inclined to modify the aforesaid condition [b] imposed in para no.6.
