When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Counsel for Government (Crl.Side), submitted that the main calender case itself was ended up in acquittal before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal on 29.01.2018. 3.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
