This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.943 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17045 of 2022 on 02.02.2022 that "till filing of charge sheet the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for every month at 10.30 am until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
