This petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed in para 3 vide order dated 08.07.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.9749 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13080 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- and also they are unable to deposit the entire amount before the trial Court and also ready to deposit the title deed for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and the learned counsel for the intervener has also no objection for the same and hence, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed in para 3 vide order dated 08.07.2024 as follows: "the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime No. 168 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and also deposit the title deed for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate at the time of providing sureties."
