This petition has been filed, to extend the time for further two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.21148 of 2022 by order dated 02.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks further two weeks time for the petitioner to comply with the said order.

3. Upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also upon hearing the counsel on either side, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, extending a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall strictly comply with the order.
