2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/claimants.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, there is no representation for the respondents.

4. The first petitioner would aver that due to financial constraints and as she was not in a position to file this appeal, delay of 962 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 962 days shall stand waived.
