Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 26.06.2025 in Cr.M.P.No.46/Goonda/2025 against the petitioner husband Rajasekar, Male aged 48 years S/o. Pichaimuthu, who is confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 13.08.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.5039, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department and also produced a copy of the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
