O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the order dated 10.08.2007 and direct the respondent to restore the E.B Service Connection in the name of the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband was alotted a share from his property. Accordingly he applied for electricity service connection to the respondent board. Further his name was changed and subsequently cancelled due to the property dispute between the shareholders. Challenging the above impugned order, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute between the shareholders and a suit is pending before the competent Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the electricity board for change in the E.B. service connection after the disposal of the civil proceedings.
