These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned order of the respondent herein, since the respondent refused to pay the terminal benefits even after retirement on the ground that the community certificate verification is pending before the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee. In the present Writ Petitions, the petitioner has not impleaded the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee and it is necessary to implead them. Accordingly, suo motu, the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee / Adi Dravidar Welfare Scrutiny Committee is impleaded as second respondent in the above writ petitions.

2. Mr.R.S.Selvakumar, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3.Post the matter on 16.10.2019.
