The petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further order by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14553 of 2023 in the order dated 23.08.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
