ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 24.01.2022 made in WP.No.826 of 2022 by this Court, thereby directed the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2021 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and after giving opportunity of hearing to them pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 24.01.2022 made in WP.No.826 of 2022 by this Court has been complied with by orders dated 22.06.2022 and 03.10.2022.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed.
