ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file final report under Section 193(3) of BNSS in Crime No.563 of 2024, pending investigation on the file of the respondent police, within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks time for filing the charge sheet by stating that the investigation was already over and the draft charge sheet has been sent for approval.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
