ORDER
The petitioner is the wife. The husband was first of the block seeking divorce in H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kanchipuram.

2. The wife has initiated the proceeding for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Chengalpattu.
3. The wife pleads that she is taking care of a female child, who was born in the year 2018 and she is about six years old. She also pleads that she is unable to travel from Chengalpattu to Kanchipuram for the purpose of attending the Court hearings. She is a permanent resident of Tirukazhukundram which is closer to Chengalpattu.
4. Taking into consideration the interest of the wife and also the fact that she is taking care of a toddler, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.74 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kanchipuram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Chengalpattu to be heard along with H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2022.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs.
