This Court by an order dated 20.04.2023 allowed these petitions with the condition that the petitioners shall a cost of Rs.3000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Today, the learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that without prejudice to their rights, they are ready to receive the cost as by this Court which deposited by the petitioners in AS.SR. No. 104334 & 104335 of 2022. Hence, the registry is directed to number this petition.
