This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet filed against *A3 & A4 in C.C.No.210 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamalle for the offences under Sections 341, 363, 342, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the nature of the allegation against the petitioners that they are mere spectators at the time of alleged occurrence, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except for receiving copies, for answering the charges, for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the dates fixed by the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
