This petition has been filed to quash the the F.I.R. in Crime No.72 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent for the alleged offences under Sections 415, 420, 471, 475, 294(b) & 506(ii) of I.P.C. against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that negative final report has been filed and RCS has also been served on the defacto complainant. Therefore, quashing of F.I.R. does not arise.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
