Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the respondent dated 29.3.2004 issued in Na.Ka.3755/2003/A3 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the respondent temple and to absorb him as a regular employee with all consequential benefits.

Muthukannu in both petitions C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both writ petitions submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence both the writ petitions may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
