O R D E R

The claims set out in the writ petition by the petitioners for grant of third incentive increment. As per the Government guidelines, a Teacher in service is entitled to get two incentive increments in entire service. Third incentive increment is not contemplated under the Government policy, more so, the entire scheme of incentive increment was subsequently abolished by the Government in respect of all the Departments including Education Department. While so, the petitioner is not eligible for third incentive increment as per his claim.
