This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 112 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 27.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.41358 of 2022 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
