Heard Mr.M.R.Kuyilan, learned counsel for the petitioners; Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2; Mr.K.Balamurugan, learned Government for the third respondent in W.P.No.32785 of 2016 and Ms.M.Lalitha, learned Government Advocate for the third respondent in W.P.No.32819 of 2016 and perused the records.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the representations dated 09.06.2016 given to the respondents 1 to 3 against the fourth respondent were not considered by the Official Respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioners within a time frame.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the third respondent is ready to pass orders on the representations of the petitioners.

5. In the light of the above submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 09.06.2016, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
