Heard Mr. K.Hariharan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. M.Nirmalkumar, Learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

These Contempt Petitions are prosecuted for failure of the Respondent to comply with the common order dated 03.10.2018 in W.P. Nos. 25239, 25240 and 25241 of 2018 passed by the Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent has produced Order No. 9700/TD/TP-1/2-23 dated 06.09.2023 and Order No. 9700/TD/TP-1/2023 dated 29.09.2023 passed by the Respondent showing that the common order dated 03.10.2018 in W.P. Nos. 25239, 25240 and 25241 of 2/4

2018 passed by the Court has been complied and their copies are placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in these Contempt Petitions, but if the Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, these Contempt Petitions are closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
