This petition has been filed to modify the conditions in Crl.M.P.No.4689 of 2016 dated 09.12.2016 in connection with Crime No.676 of 2016 imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.4689 of 2016 dated 09.12.2016 regularly, and therefore he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Considering the above submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.4689 of 2016 dated 09.12.2016 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
