Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2015 in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.M.R.Kuyilan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate for the third respondent. Despite service of notice and name of the 4th respondent printed in the cause list, none appeared for him.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent to the respondents 1 to 3. Subsequently, the third respondent issued a notice directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 12.08.2015. Though the petitioner appeared on 12.08.2015, but no follow up action was taken. Hence, the present Writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a time frame.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent is ready and pass orders on merits.

5. In the light of the above submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
