ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2012.
2. Though in the petition, the petitioner has alleged that the respondent did not register a First Information Report on the complaint dated 31.07.2012 preferred by him, he has not approached the higher officials of Police Department.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2012 was considered by the respondent and was closed in the year 2012 itself.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the petition is dismissed.
