This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr. No.10 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C. No.1843 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
