This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the FIR in Crime No.512 of 2016 from the file of the respondents to CBI for further Investigation pertaining to the murder of petitioner's son Santhosh Kumar, who said to have died on 13.09.2016 at the native place of Kannamangalam, Thiruvannamalai District.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Arni in R.C.S.No.21 of 2017.
