ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.19866 of 2023, dated 14.08.2023 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17397 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.P.Muthamizhselvakumar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The Court below, while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 A.M until further orders. The petitioner complied with this condition for 13 days and thereafter, filed an application seeking for relaxation of condition. The Court below, while considering the application, refused to relax the condition and rather directed the petitioner to appear before the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai daily at 2/5

10.30 A.M and 5.00 P.M until further orders. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.19866 of 2023 and accordingly, the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police every Friday at 5.30 P.M for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when they are required.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above directions.
