This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the I.O., on Monday every week until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9261 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12001 of 2023, dated 06.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri, in P.R.C.No.59 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
