The writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent/Tahsildar to grant patta on the application submitted by the petitioner in Can No.133101119768993 and Application No.2022/0103/10/321175, dated 28.07.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that Patta has already been granted in favour of the petitioner herein.
