[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue is no more and the FIRs registered against him were also closed. He further submitted that the dead body of the detenue was already handed over to his family members of the detenu.
