The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.750 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.750 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.6973/2014.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Cr.No.750 of 2013, nothing survives for adjudication in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
