The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 31.07.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
