This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8880 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9251 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st day of alternative month of English Calendar at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
