J U D G M E N T

There is no representation for the Appellant when the matter is called at 11.30 a.m. today. However, Learned Counsel for the Respondent informs that the matter has been amicably settled through Mediation. In the Mediation Report dated 09.07.2018 sent by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, it has been stated as follows:- "6.

The following settlement has been arrived at between the Parties hereto:

Agreed to compromise the case on payment of Rs. 1,90,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) by the Respondent toward, full and final settlement. Out of the said amount of Rs. 1,90,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Thousand Only), a sum of Rs. 24,500/- by way of cash and Rs. 75,500/- by way of account transfer by the Respondent to the Appellant and the Appellant has acknowledged the same."

In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
