This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.08.2021 based on the CSR. Receipt No.431 of 2021, dated 05.08.2021 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had appeared before the respondent and the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner had also sought to withdraw the complaint.
