V.Dhanapal aged about 18 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today.

2. The petitioner claims to be the father of the detenue/Ms.Santhya.

3. The 1st respondent has secured the presence of the detenue.

4. We interviewed the detenue. She says that she married Mr.Shanmugavel, about three months ago.

5. The detenue says that she would like to remain in the company of Mr.Shanmugavel.

6. Accordingly, no further orders are called for. The Petition shall stands closed.
